Rachel Foltz
Founder & Instructor of Therapy
Rachel Foltz is the Executive Director of 20Percenters. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Columbia International University and an M.Ed. in Dyslexia Therapy from Mississippi College. Rachel is nationally certified through ALTA as a Certified Academic Language Therapist–Qualified Instructor (CALT-QI) and through IMSLEC as an Instructor of Therapy. She is also the founder of the North Carolina ALTA chapter. Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of dyslexia, including five years of classroom teaching and extensive work in private therapy. She also spent three years developing a learning center at a local private school. Rachel is passionate about equipping others with the knowledge and practical tools to help children learn to read and understand the structure of language.
Becky Hightower
Instructor of Therapy
Becky holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University and an M.Ed. in Dyslexia Therapy from Mississippi College. She is nationally certified through ALTA as a Certified Academic Language Therapist–Qualified Instructor (CALT-QI) and through IMSLEC as an Instructor of Therapy. Becky brings 20 years of experience teaching elementary students and supporting classroom teachers, along with more than 20 years of experience in the field of dyslexia. She is passionate about equipping teachers with the knowledge and practical tools to meet the learning needs of all students.
Pam Spach
Integrator & Instructor of Therapy
Pam Spach joined the 20Percenters team in 2022 after earning her Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) certification. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Education, both from Bob Jones University. Pam is nationally certified through ALTA as a Certified Academic Language Therapist–Qualified Instructor (CALT-QI) and through IMSLEC as an Instructor of Therapy. Pam brings a wealth of educational experience, from classroom teaching to individual therapy, along with a background in building and managing small businesses. As 20Percenters’ Integrator, she draws on her organizational skills and attention to detail to oversee daily operations and support the team’s work.
