Rachel Ward
Founder & Therapist
Rachel Ward is the Executive Director at 20Percenters. She has a B.S. in psychology from Columbia International University and holds a M.Ed. in Dyslexia Therapy from Mississippi College. Rachel is nationally certified through ALTA as a CALT-QI (Certified Academic Language Therapist - Qualified Instructor). She is the founder of the NC ALTA chapter. She has 5 years of classroom experience and over 10 years as a private dyslexia therapist. Between time in the classroom and private therapy she spent 3 years building the learning center in a local private school. She is passionate about giving others the content knowledge and tools to train children to read and understand their language.
Becky Hightower
Director of Practitioner and Therapist Training
Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University and a Master of Education in Dyslexia Therapy from Mississippi College. She has 20 years of experience teaching elementary. For the past 10 years she has worked as a dyslexia therapist. She is certified through ALTA(Academic Language Therapy Association) as both a Certified Academic Language Therapist and Qualified Instructor (CALT-QI).
Pam Spach
Integrator
Pam Spach joined the 20Percenters team in 2022 after completing her CALT certification. From classroom teaching to individual therapy, Pam has a wealth of experience in education. She has also built and run small businesses, and brings her gifts in attention to detail to help manage the day to day operations as our Integrator. Pam's educational background includes a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Education, both from Bob Jones University, and she is currently training to be a CALT-QI (Qualified Instructor).
